The Grievance Cell is an initiative to address and resolve the grievances of students, faculty, and staff in a fair and impartial manner. It aims to create a supportive environment and ensure that all members of the college community have a platform to voice their concerns and seek redressal.
Objectives:
To provide a mechanism for students, faculty, and staff to report grievances and seek resolution.
To maintain confidentiality and handle grievances with sensitivity, respecting the rights and dignity of individuals.
To ensure prompt and appropriate action on reported grievances.
To promote a culture of transparency, fairness, and accountability within the college.
How to Lodge a Grievance:
Fill out the Grievance Form available at the Grievance Cell office or the college website.
Provide all necessary details, including the nature of the grievance, parties involved, and supporting evidence if applicable.
Submit the Grievance Form to the Grievance Cell in person or through email.
Upon receiving the grievance, the Grievance Cell will initiate the necessary steps to address the issue.
Grievance Redressal Process:
The Grievance Cell will review the submitted grievance and conduct a thorough investigation.
The concerned individuals or parties involved will be given an opportunity to present their side of the issue.
The Grievance Cell will analyze the information and evidence, and make a fair and unbiased decision.
If required, the Grievance Cell may propose and implement appropriate measures to resolve the grievance.
The decision and actions taken by the Grievance Cell will be communicated to the concerned parties in a timely manner.
All grievances and their resolutions will be documented and maintained for future reference.
